Brock Purdy, the 49ers quarterback, is currently recovering from surgery after undergoing repairs to the torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow. He is undergoing rehab in Gilbert, Arizona with Keith Kocher, the Los Angeles Angels minor league physical therapist and is experienced in rehabbing athletes from surgery. Purdy has sought advice from baseball pitchers who underwent the surgery, as well as ex-49ers quarterback Nick Mullens. He finished his rookie regular season with 67.1 percent of his passes for 1,374 yards, 13 touchdowns and four interceptions in seven games.
